We have a variety of our Heavy Duty Plasma & Router tables to choose from, and can be used in various applications. We recommend that you let us know what your intended use is, and you could then choose from a couple designs.
Our Heavy Duty Gantry systems come standard with features that many of competitors only offer as options, such as:
- 3.5 to 1 belt reduction for .00045 high resolution and higher torque.
- 3in x 3in square extruded aluminum X-axis with hardened v-guides.

Heavy Duty 5x5 & 5x10 plasma/router cutting Table systems

Our Heavy Duty Machines can be ordered with a fully welded frame or a frame that is partially bolted together. Let us know what your needs are and we can help choose a frame that will work for you. Our Heavy Duty Systems come with the following specification:
- 3"x3" welded tube steel frame with integrated water pan.
- Powder coated finish for long lasting durability.
- Fully captivated gantry unit at both the Y & X axis for Plasma & Router cutting
- Hardened V-guide rails used on the X axis.
- Z axis has precision screw with anti backlash nuts.
- Floating universal torch mount with integrated switch for handheld torch with a size from 1" to 1-3/8" for "touch & go" plasma cutting, (Machine torch option available).
- Drive system with a higher resolution of .00045 using 3.5 to 1 belt reduction on both the Y and X axis.
- Fully integrated electrical with all required wiring, e-stop, limits, and 300in.-oz. motors (optional 620in-oz. motors available).
- Wire/cable tracks with stainless steel trays (not included with HDE).
