Our Medium Duty plasma & router tables are intended for higher capacity users, larger machine shops, part fabricators, and manufacturers that want an economical machine that can handle a heavier duty work load.
These machines come standard for plasma cutting and have options for adding a router, air scribe, and rotary chuck for cutting tubing.

Medium duty 4x4 & 4x8 plasma/router cutting table systems
Medium Duty MD4x8 Plasma/Router table with optional 620oz-in Hybrid Stepper Motors. Our Medium Duty Plasma Cutting Tables can be ordered with a fully welded frame or a frame that is partially bolted together. Let us know what your needs are and we can help choose a frame that will work for you.
MD4x4 & MD4x8 Plasma Cutting Tables comes with the following specification:
- 2"x2" welded tube steel frame with integrated water pan.
- Powder coated finish for long lasting durability.
- Fully captivated gantry unit at both the Y & X axis for Plasma & Router cutting
- Hardened V-guide rails used on the X axis.
- Z axis has precision screw with anti backlash nut.
- Floating universal torch mount with integrated switch for handheld torch with a size from 1" to 1-3/8" for "touch & go" plasma cutting, (Machine torch option available).
- Drive system with a high resolution of .0005 using 2.5 to 1 belt reduction on both the Y and X axis.
- Fully integrated electrical with all required wiring, wire/cable carriers, e-stop, limits, and 300in.-oz. motors (optional 620in-oz. motors available).
